Like other health care providers or hospitals, they receive grants for specific programs and are reimbursed for the preventive services they provide to patients who rely on public programs for health care. MEANING, NO federal funds can be used for abortion. Though my personal beliefs don't agree with that law, it's the law, and @plannedparenthood fully complies with it and all government restrictions.
