No matter how great or veridical someone’s else’s before or after is just remember that you’re the only person you’re competing against. If you live up to your authenticity and live your truth every day, you WILL thrive.
IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE RIGHT NOW. Don’t let other people’s bodies or results dictate your journey! Your before picture is so much more important than your after because the power is in the start. And regardless of where or when you take that “after” photo, the journey will continue. A snapshot in time people.
