FINE LABで驚愕の下半身トレーニング🤤
@ensayo_japan の素晴らしいマシンで、今までに経験したことのない筋肉への負荷を感じて、今朝は筋肉の喜びの悲鳴で目が覚めました！！！
特に1番最近入った新しいマシンは想像絶するもので、「これでトレーニングしてたら体変わるわー」っと心底思いました✨

ハワイプロまでの残り7週間！もうワンステップ上のステージまでしっかり仕上げていきたいと思います✨
I did training focusing on lower body today at FINE LAB.
It’s the newest machine I used today was really nice.
I’ve never had a great feeling and I have muscle pain in this morning.
I’m sure I can change more using this machine!!
I only have 7 weeks to go. I will improve more!!
