Working off last nights celebratory cocktails and cheeseboard!!! ?? Trained with my @everyday_athlete_performance this morning and it certainly knocked the fuzzy head out of me!! Felt great afterward aswell!
Here’s the information if you’d like to try it yourselves:
A1. Split squat x 10 each leg
A2. Push press x 15
B1. Low cable row x 12
B2. 45* leg press x 12
C1. Bunny hops over bench for 20 seconds
C2. Heavy med ball drop overs x 8
D1. Prowler push x 2 lengths
