I am incredibly honoured and humbled to be your 2018 and now 3 time Singaporean National Figure Skating Champion, as well as this year's recipient of the Dr. Alan Blinn Memorial Trophy.??I'm so happy to start off this year with a new short program PB, although I made mistakes in my long program and I'm sorry for that.
On another note, I am pleased to say how impressed I am by the level of skating and improvement this year. I saw so many talented skaters this year, so much potential, so much growth. You all are an absolute joy to watch, and I, once again, have been inspired by every single one of you. Each skater had their own way of expressing their love for skating and it's always such a privilege to be able to watch. It's one of the reasons why I always can't wait to come back every year for nationals. I saw fiery determination, I saw wide smiles and fist pumps when final jumping passes were nailed. I truly love this sport and I love this country. Figure skating in Singapore and south east Asia continues to grow, and I couldn't be more thrilled. I'm proud to be your 2018 National Champion, and even prouder of you all. Your hard work has truly paid off. Congratulations, and all the best. ??⛸❤
