I’ve always been the boss of my career but there is a difference in being the boss and KNOWING you’re the boss. Now I know I am the boss and I am not afraid of the power I have in creating the opportunities I want for myself and others. The light is shining on me because I choose everyday to embrace God, who is in within me. I must exude patience and razor sharp focus with every next move I make. Starting my own label was the best thing I could do because there’s not a system out there for people like me. There must be a new model created, and it’s about legacy for me. There will come a day where I won’t be the star, because I am meant to be the boss and move aside for others.
