Leg/Glute days are my fav workout days! ?Monster Walk- 4 sets on 25 each leg
?Step Ups- 4 sets of 15 each leg slow and controlled
?Band Hip Thrusts- 4 sets of 15 hold at the top and squeeze ?American Deadlifts- 4 sets of 20 ?
As you can see on the band deadlifts, I too struggle with some cellulite. Especially on that squeeze! It’s quite normal to be fit and have still some cellulite? Wearing:@ALO Yoga
