So much things to say right now...bob marley. I feel that right now. Learned so much on this trip. Read two great books one from rabbi @steve_leder “more beautiful than before how pain transforms us” and @anitamoorjani “dying to be me”....both wrote exactly what I’ve been feeling & speaking about. My biggest take away -and I had many and will share adamant of my journals as I can- is TO JUST BE. Life is so much better when you just are. When you aren’t forcing, rushing and stressing. only we can choose to love ourselves enough to make that choice. I’m choosing me. I’m choosing to nurture and love myself so that u I can be the best me I can. This trip was planned before @undergaro & decided to get married & unfortunately with our elderly pups in their last days we cannot travel together until we deliver them safe passage. My best friend and maid of honor (who took time off work to care for me when I was going through brain surgery) & I had planned this, as we normally do an annual trip. I missed my husband And my babies but only have learned to appreciate them and my life all the more. I know how amazing it is here, how important it is to stop the ride periodically and that we will return!
