So I woke up this morning, had a good breakfast- although I burnt my sausages ??! Went to @hotpodyoganewcastle with my cute @mammypatto, Ive done a food shop and now I’m at @hamerfitness for a PT session with @robbie__thompson!! Productive day!
I thought I’d put up this little video of the workout we did yesterday! I’m really proud of the progress I’m making! I’m moving better, lifting more and my strength is growing every day! I’m trying not to be too fixated by what is on the scales and instead judge on things that really matter to me.. how I’m feeling, my health and somewhat superficially but none the less important to me- how I look in my clothes... Sorry, but that’s the truth! But all in all, we’re going in the right direction!! Circuit 1:
Trap bar deadlift 5x6-8
Sled push 4x20m
Push ups 5x10
Ball crunch 5x15-20

Circuit 2
Rear foot elevated split squat 3x10 each leg
Trx jumps 3x15
Single arm DB Row 3x10 each arm
Trx knee tucks 3x12

Rower 3 x 100m
