“Face types” is a classification named after different condiments based on the facial features of one’s face. Deep-set, mixed or even Caucasian looking ones (personal favorite) is termed “Sauce”, meaning Western sauce. More typical Japanese features are called “Shoyu”, literally Japanese soy sayce.
