Mint in this dish adds a great refreshing flavor profile to the chicken and salad.

INGREDIENTS for chicken Patties:
?1 lb-ground chicken
?2 tbsp-mint leaves / fine chop
?2 tbsp - minced garlic
?1/2 cup -baby spinach leaves/fine chop
?2 tbsp- parsley / fine chop
?2 tbsp - #flavorgod lemon garlic seasoning
?1 tsp - #flavorgod pink Salt&Pepper

Mediterranean Salad ingredients:
?Kale
?Mint
?Red cabbage
?Lemon juice
?olive oil
?#flavorgod Pink Salt & pepper
?#flavorgod lemon & garlic
?Cucumbers
?Red onions
?tomatoes

DIRECTIONS Chicken Patties:
✅In a bowl combine all ingredients for chicken patties. Mix well.
✅Make patties about 2 inches wide.
✅Heat skillet on medium high heat with olive oil and cook chicken patties on both side about 3 min each side.

?Next make salad by combining all salad ingredients together along with lemon juice and olive oil.
