DAY 27: Another coping mechanism. So people love and hate smart phones. For me, being in public places by myself, my phone has become my lifeline. It gives me something to focus on when the world around me would normally be overwhelming. Cramped buses, trains, pubs, cafes. I can put headphones in and block out the sounds. Playing games like candy crush, something which is easy, repetative, I can still lift my head up to check what stop Is coming up.
