Back with @bethefittest & feeling like I haven’t worked out in months!! I only trained once last week as I was so busy and was beyond tired & just generally not feeling myself .... however back today & it felt good!! Ive started to change my diet and am making sure Im getting all the vitamins & Minerals I need. I’m also holding a lot of water retention.. so In order for my body to drop it I’ve started drinking 2 litres of water a day today.. which means I’m always needing a wee ? but apparently my body will get used to it soon... !!! Looking forward to start seeing and feeling the benefits ✨? wearing @reebokuk @reebokwomenuk
