I've been getting back to cooking again, but trying to prepare food differently... thinking of snacking in a better way with better ingredients...trying to avoid extreme diets/cutting out entire food groups and focusing on balance. Everyone who knows me knows I love food, food culture, sharing food thru hosting and meeting up to grab a bite...but I am trying to challenge myself to think of food more as feul and less as fun. If you have recipe suggestions that can help me have both, I'm interested! Paleo, GF, Vegan, vegetarian suggestions are welcome :)
