The very first thing I learned to do when I stepped on the ice was how to fall. Why? It's so I know that when I do fall I shouldn't panic because I know how to pick myself up off the ice. Tbh it was fun at first, but then it got old and lw painful...but hey at least I can say each of those times I fell, I got up stronger and more determined. To me that's all that really matters.
