#FeministFlashbackFriday | Pieced together from 2,304 individual triangular tiles, the Heritage Floor, like the needlework looms and ceramic processes, required the expertise of industrial designer Ken Gilliam, who created a ceiling platform from which Judy Chicago could view the floor’s unfolding composition. Streams of paper, pieced together from photocopies of Chicago’s handwritten letters, were used to map out the final flow of the floor. #dinnerpartyroots⠀
