ME: “Dad! Today the New York Times ran an article on me and named me as the ‘Break Out Star of the Year’. The phones haven’t stopped ringing, we have pretty much sold out of every item they featured!” ⠀

DAD: “That’s great Poss! We don’t get that paper here, but you were on the cover of the Port Macquarie News last week, your mother put it on the fridge! It was very exciting!” ⠀

DAD: “What? No they don’t? They do? Do they know I have owned over 12 Holdens? Did you tell them that? And your Grandfather owned 4 Holdens? Oh Wow, this is AMAZING Possum Pie!! I can’t believe it! I am so proud of you! Holden! Wow, really? You know your mother and I, for our honeymoon drove around Tasmania in a Holden, don’t you? Ah! Wait till I tell EVERYONE about this, MY LITTLE GIRL A HOLDEN AMBASSADOR!... Who’d have thought!!!! I’m so proud of you!....... I always told your mother you would amount to something!” ⠀
