INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Quest chocolate chip protein cookies, crumbled
- 2 Quest chocolate chip bars, cut into 24 pieces
- ¼ teaspoons baking soda
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¾ cup zero-calorie sweetener
- ¼ cup egg whites
- ½ scoop Quest chocolate milkshake powder
- 1 scoop Quest vanilla milkshake protein powder
- 1 tablespoon 100% cocoa dark chocolate bar, roughly chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 325 f
2. Spray 6.5” cast iron skillet with cooking spray.
3. Add all ingredients omitting dark chocolate pieces to a large bowl and stir until well combined.
4. Pour cookie batter into oiled skillet, sprinkle on dark chocolate pieces.
5. Bake cookie for 20 minutes at 325F.
6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
7. Top with your favorite low calorie ice cream.
