I was not only absolutely amazed by @aunitedkingdom , I was amazed that I hadn’t heard much noise for it and more, that it wasn’t nominated (not that awards really matter, but the awareness of such work and message does). Directed by an extremely gifted woman @iammaasante who deserves not only recognition but support so she may continue to break ceilings.

And as far as my very humble opinion is concerned, @davidoyelowo not only deserved a nomination but the win that year. His portrayal of Seretse Khama is deeply moving.
