Good hit out at the Timaru track today with an 800m and 400m time trial.

First 800m since August and really happy with where things are at with the Commonwealth's only 2 months away. Excited to be off to Australian Nationals on the Gold Coast next week!

So grateful to @sam_tri_run for the amazing pacing! He did really well carrying on for another lap (1200m time trial) in a good time. @christopher.dryden did a great 4km time trial too.

Awesome to spend the day with my parents and have them timing and cheering us on!
