It’s time. I have to dedicate a moment of my silly Instagram to a real feeling that is always present: that of overwhelming gratitude. Thank you friends and family foremost, for simply loving me, Olympian or not. Thank you to our coaches, teachers, mentors, and trainers, past and present, for giving us your heart, soul, and energy. Huge thanks go to our partners and private sponsors for making the crazy dream possible (and dreamier!) through awesome products, equipment, and opportunities. I’m sitting in the airport in Toronto taking in all of the smiling faces, glowing hearts, warm sentiments, and will never forget this feeling of support from the most wonderful country I’ve ever known. Thank you Canada, for believing in me, pushing me, walking, crawling, running, hand-in-hand with me since I stepped foot in this beautiful land. This is special—YOU are special— I am so incredibly honoured to represent you (ALL!) from wheels down to wheels up in Korea.  And finally, @アンドリュー・ポジェ, as always, thanks for taking a chance on me (a loooong time ago!)
