.@rachelplatten is a gift to this world. Before we performed she had us all set an intention. We paused and in a prayer like way she said that we hoped to bring light and joy to those who were sick... and that is exactly what she did. She literally lit up the hospital walls as she walked. It was a reminder to me that we have so much power inside us. The mind goes towards that which it focuses on. If we decide who we want to be, and what we want to feel and what we want to do, we will become it. Set an intention every day of who you want to be. Gradually you will become it.
