I want to to personally thank each and every person who came out to watch me live my dream. The purpose of fashion shows is to have store buyers purchase your merchandise for retail and also to have fashion editors from magazines do write ups on your brand — neither are for me. My fashion shows are strictly for me and my supporters. The girls that have been rocking with @mintswimusa it’s for you. New York Fashion Week has been a goal for a long time. There were 1000 people in attendance and another 1500 outside with police and fire truck mayhem. I apologize to anyone who purchased tickets and traveled to my show, that wasn’t able to get in. @stylefw will be handling things from there. I wanna thank my friends who came out. @stylefw for producing my show. @shoedazzle for being my shoe sponsor @itsrgnessa @itsrgnessa for being my jewelry sponsor. My beautiful models! My casting and staff backstage. @dinner_land for my beautiful stage display and music. This isn’t easy but it’s so much fun and I love it. I’m thankful everyday to have been given this talent of design and more thankful for you all. I came from a city that was recognize by New York Times in 2011 as “America’s poorest city” (READING PA) ... I work hard everyday to prove to the girls there, just because you start there, doesn’t mean you have to finish there. With hard work and dedication anything is possible. Thank you all. And I Def see the people who highlight my failures and pretend to be blind when I’m shining. All good. Ladies, be a fan of yourself first. Believe in yourself. There are people that will make you want to give up. But don’t. #mintswim
