VANILLA CHAMOMILE STEAMER
8 ounces almond milk
1 bag chamomile tea
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
optional: 1/2 tsp culinary lavender buds or lavender tea

1. Place the almond milk into a small saucepan. Have a teacup or mug ready.
2. Heat the almond milk until very hot, but not boiling. Add the chamomile tea or lavender
buds, if using. Allow to steep 5–6 minutes.
3. Remove tea bag and strain out lavender buds, if needed.
4. Pour into the teacup or mug, sweeten with the honey or maple syrup and stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Drink immediately.
