As a young girl, Ana Marchan-Garcia was mesmerized by her mother’s ability to turn raw ingredients into delicious masterpieces. Impressed by the science and art of cooking, she carried that enthusiasm with her to science class, where she was inspired to pursue a career in STEM. After majoring in biochemistry, her passion would lead her to becoming a Quality & Food Safety Senior Technologist at Mars Food, where she is putting her curiosity and problem solving skills to excellent use.
