Working on some mental (as well as physical) mobility and agility this morning with @kentaroball ? I actually felt my brain fatiguing trying to do this ambidextrously ? It got a lot better, but if you watch to the end it’s way harder and breaks down on my weaker side. I love this stuff, not just for volley, but for developing different parts of my brain to help in all areas of life ?? Now onto the weekend! ?
