One thing that helps me stay lean year round is that I don’t over do it and I allow myself to rest during the week.

If you find yourself training 2-3x a day and you’re not seeing results it may be due to not resting enough.. Let’s talk about listening to your body and giving yourself time to recover. Fatigue begins to happen when you don’t allow your muscles to recover which can cause injury. .
Active rest days: I typically do this once a week. I incorporate light steady cardio and yoga.

Full rest recover day: I do this once a week by adding in the steam room and sauna, foam rolling, and stretching.
