Sometimes life hits you with things around you that make you think too hard even if they aren't about you, and you have no way to have directly aided at the time.

Don't second guess yourself. Hug the ones you love unabashedly. If something makes someone happy, celebrate it. Life is too short.

Raise people up, and they are likely to lift and support others. We only have a short time here, and things change all the time. And I would rather spend years of my life toiling to make 1 person smile daily... Then tear down anyone for a quick moment of self imposed joy at anothers failure.
