The International Space Station is one of the ultimate displays of teamwork! This footage shows NASA Astronauts Scott Tingle (@astro_maker) and Joe Acaba helping their crew mate, Mark Vande Hei out of his spacesuit after the last spacewalk.
Though the process has been sped up in this video, it takes quite some time for the astronaut to depressurize the suit, regulate oxygen, CO2, and temperature levels inside of the suit, and practice proper breathing techniques before finally taking off the spacesuit.
