I got text from @ジャガー・イートン last fall asking me if he could get some advice about his future. Skateboarding can be very political at times especially in the transition between amateur and pro. Especially for a skater like Jagger who skates everything from mega ramps to hand rails. The powers that be wanted Jagger to continue to enter amateur contests and he knew he was ready for the pro contest level. I believe my advice was something like “fuck that shit... you should never enter another amateur contest in your life. Get in the streets and film and enter Tampa Pro in March regardless of what anyone says.” He took that advice and not only did her enter but he won!!! So proud of you young homey. You decided your future and chased your dream. Congrats! ??
