The Prince of Wales presents Abike Looi-Somoye with the Cadet of the Year Award at today's #IndustrialCadets awards ceremony. After an outstanding placement at @ロールス・ロイス, Abike is the first ever Cadet to receive a Platinum level award.

Industrial Cadets, inspired & named by HRH after visit to Tata steel in 2010, offers accredited programmes to inspire young people into science, engineering & technology careers, including apprenticeships – by July 2018, 14,000 young people will have 'graduated' from one of its programmes.
