I first met Amy on our season 18 stint with #DWTS! Unfortunately, we were both so busy at the time that we were hardly able to spend any quality time together. In the last four years, though, Amy has become a treasured friend & inspiration. With her infectious spirit & positive attitude, Amy leaves those fortunate enough to cross her path feeling grateful, uplifted & refreshed. Having lost both of her legs to bacterial meningitis at the age of 19, Amy refused to miss out on the life of her dreams. •”If your life were a book and you were the author, how would you want your story to go?” ~Amy Purdy
