I will always favor the magic that happens in the everyday details over the epic and grandiose. The idiosyncratic nuances of loved ones that perhaps the outside world seldom gets to see. The smell of home when you’ve come back from a weekend trip. The most mundane of details that’s been burned into one’s senses but comforts the soul like a home cooked meal. It’s not that I don’t love extraordinary adventures and travels because of course those have their own specialness and place. But absolutely nothing beats the beauty and hidden treasure of the intimate everyday moments. The ones that are just home.

At my favorite cafe with the Model 451 by @franklinchristoph and the Vagabond Notebook in Umber (link in my profile). I just ordered some patches and pins from the @asildastore to add on and personalize my VN covers a bit. I’ll be sure to post photos of how they turn out. And everything sans the cup of joe fits wonderfully into my Sidecar Bag by @woodandfaulk (new colors coming soon too!) with plenty of room to spare.
