How simple yet profound! ??
Having this awareness has been one of the greatest gifts in my life. A reminder that we need to start within.
Love and accept ourselves. Dive deeper than what is comfortable so we can get to the many sources of what makes us doubt that love.
If we’re not growing, we’re dying.
Last but not least, if we cognitively understand and know what to do to stay positive and have the belief and love for ourselves, that’s awesome and a step in the right direction, but fully letting go of the things that don’t serve us anymore is what sets us free!
These are 3 simple reminders to help us stay on track. Any time I’m feeling a certain struggle I’m going to come back to this and ask myself if these 3 things are being tested. Who wants to start this with me?
