When we founded Prancing Leopard Organics in 2009 and decided to go organic for all the collections and always, there were and still are lots of challenges in the process of making organic clothes. But Prancing Leopard was never afraid of those. Experimenting and offering an outside the norm design was the only way to continue creatively in this increasingly globally monotonous fast fashion world. We felt like, it was important to be the outsider, and to be different. And not to offer an other version of plastic yoga leggings. Actually our main motivation was creating a NO-harm company! Always done what we believed in and still believe in what we do.
Chaar Tash hoodie Jacket is one of those experiments — Mixing a woven fabric with a knitted one (both organic) and print flowers on a white luxury shirt fabric and use it as lining... just because, it felt fresh, different, cool inside. The Zipper had to be diagonal too ?... and the biggest challenge was making the Chaar Tash Hoodie reversible inside out! Because of the zipper and the washing instructions etc..
