I had a very important job to do today. As some of you may know, I am Hero #1767 in the @morrisanimalfoundation #goldenretrieverlifetimestudy ? what is that?? 3,000 golden retrievers go through testing every year including blood, stool, urine and nail samples. Our owners and doctors complete huge questionnaires about basically every aspect of our lives. Why? The goal is to find some answers about that nasty c word (cancer). Sure it kinda stinks that I don’t get to have breakfast and daddy pokes me with needles (he’s an RVT) but it’s all worth it to help save future lives ??? -------------------------------
