Very much enjoyed @eatingeurope ‘s, “Taste of Testaccio” food tour. Francesco was a fun guide with a great sense of humor and a lot of passion for and knowledge of food. Seeing #Testaccio provided a glimpse into a less touristy part of town and had great stops like the Pyramid of Cestius (built in 12 BC), the grave of John Keats, and this piece of street art depicting a starving she-wolf as a tribute to Rome but with commentary on government corruption. Would love to see them offer a vegetarian and/or vegan food tour in Rome in the future. ?❤️
