Rehabbing injuries can be a long, tiring, frustrating process. I’ve had my fair share of injuries and I’m very familiar with the emotional roller coaster that comes with the territory. Today I got the ok to start Climbing again. No restrictions on hold type, hold size or movement. However, I can only climb hard for a limited amount of time right now. But still, I can climb hard again. I can push it and feel like myself on the wall again. I feel so incredibly lucky to work with such an unbelievably positive, passionate team who kept me smiling, training and believing I could come back stronger. So happy and so psyched! .
