A reminder: Instagram is a tool to share bits and pieces of what happens in real life. Fragments. Don’t spend too much time here. Stop scrolling. Posting photos of yourself in yoga poses on the Internet doesn’t make you a yogi. Practicing yoga does. Being of service to the world does. Oh, AND YOU DON’T NEED YOGA PANTS TO MOVE YOUR BODY! Practice in your birthday suit. In your PJ’s. Old sweatpants. Save your money for something good. For something better.
