If it’s important you’ll find a way, if it’s not you’ll find an excuse.
So I dropped a bit of ‘Christmas weight’ in the jungle! But post 10 days eating and drinking what I wanted on the holiday of a lifetime- this is what I’m working with. Not perfect, but not bad either. This is my summer body starting point! ?? After struggling with my insomnia lastnight til around 5am- the thought of hitting the gym this morning for some fasted cardio was not a pleasant one let me tell you... And some of the words I mumbled to myself when my alarm went off are best left in a post watershed world. But I realised that it’s me who wants to be fit, me who wants to be healthy and me who wants to feel good in my clothes- and there would always be some excuse I can make... Didn’t get enough sleep, too busy, too tired, blah blah blah.. So I thought ‘Get up you lazy goat- show that insomnia you’re a boss and get that body you’re dreaming of!’ (GRANTED NOT THAT MUCH- as dreaming would require sleep! Goddammit!) So here I am, ready for the gym and ready for the day... AND already feeling like this is going to be a bloody great week! I hope you all have an amazing Monday- break down barriers, chase dreams, smash goals... Just generally, get what you came for guys!
