Never been so focused during my vacation as now?? I remember a few years ago I would never even think about a gym or good food when in a holiday? Not saying that’s so wrong, but I do notice the huge positive impact it has on my body when I do think about it. Mindset changes during the years, you grow, you fall down, you get back up, as long as you’re progressing in ANY way you should be proud of yourself?? Fully enjoying my time off here!
