A little about me: 4 years ago my car was totaled and instead of using the money to buy a new car, I purchased a one-way flight to Thailand. With no plan, I packed my 65 ltr pack, grabbed my camera and set off. I’ve been on 4 year journey, spending my time in Southeast Asia, Europe, Australia & New Zealand ? Sharing photos and stories as I go. I’m back in the states and nature’s pull has lead me on a new adventure... ?

On April 6th, I will be leaving on my 2018 thru hike of the Appalachian Trail! ??? Hiking this trail is something I’ve always wanted to do. For the past 4 years I’ve been a leaf in the wind, moving from place to place, trying to find my purpose. I keep feeling this need to have a goal. Something with a beginning and an end. A challenge that will not only test me as a photographer, but as a human being.
