So a few months ago I was part of this really fun project with @olympicchannel who stayed with me for a week filming my training and interviewing a whole host of people that have helped me during all stages of my trampolining career. They were focusing in on my battle against my mental block ("lost move syndrome") which affected me and my progression forwards for a long time early on in my career. People didn't give up on me and I never gave up. As a team, we made it to the Olympics and I was able to have the most incredible experience of my life - to stand on an Olympic Podium and receive an Olympic Silver Medal!
