I’ve been having a bunch of people hit me up on social media, asking if I was going to be competing @X Games this summer in the hooligan class. For those of you that don’t know, #Hooligan is a fun race class of vtwin motorcycles that are garage built. It’s a grass roots type of racing that is growing really fast due to race enthusiasts and other manufacturers getting involved. For a quick minute I thought the answer was yes, but I was corrected. This year (just like last year) the Hooligan class is exclusive to HD only. If you ride a different brand of motorcycle, you aren’t allowed to compete. What’s your thoughts on this? Do you think because you sponsor an event, you can write the rules on racing? Just remember kids, if you write a big enough check, you too can own your own event!!! Tag them on your thoughts.
