#RaeburnRuns: It’s three weeks today until the 38th London Marathon and I'll be running it, the good news is that I’ve been putting in the training for the last three months and I'm very much looking forward to April 22nd. The other news is that there's only a few short weeks of training left to get myself race fit and I'd really like to ask for your support for the big day. ⠀

The London Marathon is the highest earning global charity event of the year and I'm proud to be running for @Parkinsons.UK. My step-father Ian was diagnosed with Parkinson's just over eight years ago; Parkinson's is a progressive neurological condition. This means that it causes problems in the brain and gets worse over time. As a family we've been doing our best to understand the disease, it's treatment (and the reality that it's currently incurable) and how we can plan for the future. Parkinson's UK have provided invaluable support and I want to give something back; great progress is being made to understand the disease, it's treatment and ultimately find a cure and I'd love you to help (link in bio)?♂️?♂️?⠀
