Cheers to a blessed Lenten season and happy EASTER from my angel and I to you. After 40 days of no coffee, bread, no meat and a strict anti-inflammatory diet, I gotta say I feel great. I didn’t intend on losing weight but I lost 5 pounds. I also have tinnitus which lowered significantly during lent. Overall, I felt more peace and the goal was to grow in the virtue of #abstinence and #temperance which I felt my wife and I did. It’s crazy how much of a difference healthy eating makes... and now we celebrate EASTER! Have a blessed and holy #eastertide HE IS RISEN! Let’s feast!!!
