Who else loves to sleep in??! You would ordinarily never see me before 10 am, but today I took 740 #F45 sweat sesh!! I have been working to reset my clock as teaching yoga until 2230 for 2.5 years made me a night owl (I love sleep!)?⏰??Thanks to my accountability buddy @mate_with_a_t and the awesome trainers @f45_training_rivervalley for dragging my ass out of bed!
