Buenos días!!!! Arrrghh llevo más d un mes sin mi rutina de gimnasio y no puedo más!! No cuidarme como yo quiero me afecta mucho mentalmente, me hace sentirme mal cnmigo misma.. Aunque he ido algún día suelto me ha sido complicado... ??‍♀️ Pero bueno, ya pronto creo que vuelvo a LA?? y me pongo manos a la obra ?? Quien se apunta a empezar el mismo día que yo a entrenar si o si?? Sin Excusas! Jeje

Good Morning!!!! Arrrghh It's been more than a month without my gym routine and I can not anymore!not taking care of me as I want it affects me a lot mentally, it makes me feel badly against myself .
