360° W A V E | W E R K CosmoProf Artistic Team member @KeontheBarber demonstrates how he's working on building his wave pattern up to 360º waves. ・・・ "The process is simple for those who can achieve this pattern so long as you stick to the regimen consistently. My regimen is simple. I apply a hot towel first to my hair and let it sit for 30-45 secs or til it's not hot anymore. This is just to aid in opening the hair cuticle while retaining moisture. Then, I take a dime sized amount of either wave cream, grease, or pomade and rub it thoroughly between my palms and hands. It's very important not to overuse product as it can easily be too much and just weight down the hair. In this case I'm using the @kmshairus Hair Stay Molding Pomade. ? I apply in the direction of my growth pattern from starting at the spiral of my crown (cowlick of you will). Then I brush brush brush.......and brush brush brush, as many strokes as you can, as brushing is one of the biggest factors to wave building, then once I'm done I just wrap up my hair with a durag or wave cap for compression and let them bad boys cook. Then I take off when I'm ready to let them show and shine.
