I’m a huge fan of frozen fruit, mainly because I can get seasonal ingredients any time of the year… like cherries. For some reason I’m craving cherries like maaadddd lately!

Well, nothing beats a fresh cherry hand-picked off a tree, but frozen cherries can hold me over until summer. Growing up, my parents used to take us cherry picking. We’d climb to the top of the trees to find the best cherries. My clothes would be covered in cherry juice, I’d have a bucket overflowing with dark red gems and a very happy belly.
